South Bend Motor Speedway holding 'Last Lap' race May 25

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Motor Speedway is celebrating the final races of its final season next weekend. Fans and supporters are encouraged to come out and enjoy the track one final time.

"Join us as we celebrate the history of the SBMS and share one last weekend of racing at the highbanks," organizers said.

There will be Hot Laps from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 23, followed by Stocks and Hornets races on Friday night and Saturday. 

The grandstands will open at 3 p.m. on Saturday with the race to start at 6 p.m. Admission for Saturday's race is $15 for adults, $5 for kids ages 6-12, and free for anyone under five years old. Pit Passes are $30, and camping in the front parking lot is free from Thursday to Sunday.
