UPDATE (7:46 p.m.): The state-wide Siver Alert for Kimberly S. Smith has been cancelled.

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- A state-wide Siver Alert has been declared for 42-year-old Kimberly S. Smith of Mishawaka. 

The South Bend Police Department is investigating Smith's disappearance, as she was last seen on Feb. 11.

Smith is approximately five feet tall, 97 pounds, black hair with brown eyes, and is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical attention.
