I-94 repairs between Coloma and Watervliet start Monday

COLOMA, Mich. -- The Michigan Department of Transportation are set to begin work Monday on a two-year deal, 31.7-million-dollar investment to repave I-94 between Coloma and Watervliet as well as repair the Hennessey Road bridge.

Crews will be repaving westbound I-94 and eastbound I-94 is set to begin in 2026. The repairs include drainage repairs, culvert replacements, guardrail upgrades, cable barrier replacement, permanent signs, and pavement markings.
