Significantly cooler conditions through today, though wind will be lighter. Expecting morning showers to be switching over to mixed precipitation and snow through the early afternoon as the temperatures stay fairly steady near the mid 30s. Clouds start to clear overnight, with sunnier conditions and warmer temperatures for St. Paddy's Day. We return to the 60s midweek before another widespread system heads our way Wednesday afternoon.
