The calm before an icy storm
Michiana wakes up to widespread showers, though these are expected to wrap up as we head into the afternoon. Mixed precipitation is possible for the northeastern portions of our area, though most of us will be seeing rain. Southeastern portions of Michiana will likely see more rain in the afternoon hours. Cloudy skies in the afternoon lead into Wednesday, likely some more sun and slightly warmer. Warming continues into the middle of the week. Another chance for rain starts Thursday evening and continues into Friday, wrapped up by the time we hit the last home Notre Dame game in the regular season. Temps hover slightly above average the beginning of next week, falling towards Thanksgiving with another precipitation chance in the middle of next week, potentially more snow to end the month.
Today: Showers through the day, cloudy evening. High 42.
Tonight: Slight clearing, cold. Low 32.
Wednesday: Cloudy skies, dry, slightly warmer. High 45.
Thursday: Warming, some clearing. High 54.
