Shooting victim arrested for outstanding warrant after being released from hospital

ELKHART, Ind. – The victim of a shooting at a Red Roof Inn in Elkhart was arrested for intimidation and an outstanding warrant in two separate incidents, the Elkhart Police Department reported.

Ivory Hall II, 20, of Elkhart, was treated and medically cleared after being shot at the Red Roof Inn on December 17.

After he was released from the hospital, he was taken to detention at the Elkhart Police Department for processing on an outstanding warrant, according to police.

While Hall was in detention, he allegedly became verbally abusive and began threatening officers, reports said.

After Hall was booked, he was taken to the Elkhart County Jail.

Hall allegedly continued to make threats to an officer, according to reports.

He was arrested for intimidation and an outstanding warrant.
