Sewage detected in St. Joseph and Elkhart Rivers

Monday and Tuesday's historic rainfall forced storm and sewer water into the St. Joseph and Elkhart Rivers.
According to the City of Elkhart, swimming in, wading in or ingesting the water can cause people to become ill.
