SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Your support for the Salvation Army Kroc Center's Angel Tree Campaign all pays off today!
It's Toy Distribution Day at the Kroc Center, where pre-registered families will pick out holiday gifts and more for their children.
Families will also receive gift cards to Kohl's or Old Navy for clothes, and food to prepare a holiday meal with.
Today was made possible through your support to the Angel Tree Campaign, but also from donations dropped into the iconic red kettles.
The Salvation Army Kroc Center is still looking to fill hundreds of hours for bellringing before the season is over.
Now through December 24th, the center needs volunteers to ring the bell to help make projects like this one possible. It can be a fun things for families and kids to do together.
If you're interested in volunteering, visit the Register to Ring website.
