Bourbon woman arrested for OWI with toddler in car

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Sheriff's Department reports dispatch received a call around 12:23 a.m. Wednesday for a wrong way driver on US 30.

Authorities were told the vehicle was traveling west from S.R. 331 in the eastbound lanes.

Deputies responded to the area and located the vehicle near Hawthorn Road on US 30.

Deputies made a traffic stop on the suspect vehicle and identified the driver as 28-year-old Alysson Nicole Nutting, of Bourbon.

The report states a toddler was also a passenger in the vehicle.

Nutting was found to be under the influence of alcohol, with certified chemical test results showing her BAC to be .203.

Nutting was taken to the Marshall County Jail and charged with Reckless Driving, Neglect of a Dependent, OWI with passenger less than 18 years of age, and Operating with BAC of .15% or greater

Nutting's bond was set at $3,005.
