MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Soggy flapjacks aren't a big seller, so a popular Mishawaka restaurant will be closed for weeks following a massive water leak!
The managers of the American Pancake House on McKinley Avenue said a company installing a new roof made a mistake and the result left them with up to three inches of rainwater on their floor.
The restaurant has to replace all of the carpeting.
"It's the busiest time fo the year for us. I think every restaurant around the holidays, unfortunately, nothing ever did, but we will work through it," said owner Zoi Kladis.
Right now, they are working with their insurance company to try to cover the costs.
