South Bend Community Police Review Board met Thursday night
Some frost on our cars this morning won't stop temperatures from rising to above average, starting a warming trend that will put us close to the 80s this week. Expect the low 60s, a warmer day than yesterday, clouds start to gather overnight, some could see frost again. Creeping into the upper-60s to start the work week, overall mild and cloudy conditions, with a slight chance for a sprinkle overnight Monday, mostly contained to our Michigan counties. That sprinkle chance comes from a warm front, and we see a spike in temperatures Tuesday and Wednesday, both expected to be around 80 for a high. Both days are expected to be breezy as well, gusts 35+ mph. A cold front Wednesday evening knocks down temperatures and brings some much-needed rain to Michiana, though conditions will hopefully be clear for trick or treating. November starts rainy and slightly above average temperature-wise.
Today: Mild, sunny. High 60.
Tonight: Cool, gathering clouds. Frost in some areas. Low 36.
Monday: Cloudy, warmer. High 66.
Tuesday: Hot, breezy, partly cloudy. High 80
