Pair of Michigan suspects allegedly break in and burgle Elkhart electronic components company

ELKHART, Ind. -- On Monday morning, members of the Elkhart Police Department were dispatched to CTS Electronics Components Inc. (1142 W. Beardsley Ave.) in reference to a 911 caller reporting two people trespassing and possibly more.
EPD says the call came in at roughly 7:07 a.m. on Feb. 17 from a facilities manager who reported encountering a male and female inside a fenced-in area, and that these subjects fled on foot when confronted at about 7:05 a.m.
"An officer observed the two alleged subjects in the area of Oak Street and Beardsley Avenue and detained them," EPD said. "During the investigation, the officer located items on the subjects that were allegedly removed from the CTS building."
The male was identified as 40-year-old Jonathan Nehring, of Lawrence, Mich. He was arrested and booked into the Elkhart County Jail on a preliminary charge of Burglary, a Level 5 Felony.
The female was identified as 37-year-old Toni Allen, of Cassopolis, Mich.
She was also arrested and booked into the Elkhart County Jail on preliminary charges of Burglary, a Level 5 Felony.
Furthermore, Allen was charged with Possession of Marijuana-Prior, a Class A Misdemeanor and had an outstanding and unrelated warrant.
