SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Notre Dame today held one last practice for the media before the annual Blue-Gold Game.
The players came out to build on last season and build the team connection that's needed to be a unit to be successful for next season.
QB Riley Leonard was out with the team, even though he's still recovering from an injury. He was even seen celebrating with his teammates.
Head Coach Marcus Freeman said that he saw a lot of things he liked from the team, especially from the defense, and the Irish are hoping that success can translate to the season.
