Motorcyclist seriously injured in crash on CR 669

VAN BUREN COUNTY, Mich. -- A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash on CR 669 early Wednesday morning, according to the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies were called to CR 669 near 33rd Street around 1 a.m. for a motorcycle crash.
When deputies arrived, fire and EMS crews were working on the driver, a 44-year-old from Decatur.
He was flown to a Kalamazoo hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
Deputies say he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
