LaGrange County duck breeder tests positive for bird flu, says Indiana BOAH

LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. -- The Indiana State Board of Animal Health just confirmed to ABC57 that another local commercial duck breeder tested positive for the bird flu after laboratory results Thursday night.

The flock size is said to be 3,846 ducks and is currently quarantined.

The board states a surveillance zone is active and includes portions of LaGrange, Elkhart, Noble, and St. Joseph Counties.
