Howard Park SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Howard Park is hosting a low sensory night Wednesday Jan 25. The event is a unique evening of ice skating for sensory seekers and avoiders.
This event will feature activities for those the neurodivergent community and those who could benefit from a low sensory experience, featuring an ice-skating experience with lower sensory inputs.
They will be turning down the music, limiting the number of people on the ice and keeping the lighting at a consistent level and color for anyone who may benefit from these changes.
