The above-average temperature trend continues this week with highs in the mid 60s today amidst a backdrop of partly cloudy skies. A warm front swings through our area tonight, keeping lows mild in the mid 50s while bringing light and scattered showers to southern Michigan late. Tuesday and Wednesday both have the potential to break daily high temperature records; we are expecting near 80F in the middle of the week. Halloween brings a notable cooldown into the mid 60s as well as rain in the morning, although trick-or-treat plans should be uninterrupted.
