SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A free health fair will be held Wednesday evening at Transformation Ministries in South Bend.
The fair starts at 6 p.m., and attendees can receive health screenings from medical professionals, get details on summer programs as well as healthy foods.
Transformation Ministries is a nonprofit organization located at 1519 Portage Avenue in South Bend.
A giveaway will also be held, with Aldi’s gift cards and kids’ bikes up for grabs.
