Fish Lake Festival raising funds for local fire department hits Hamlet Aug. 3

HAMLET, Ind. -- Organizers of the Fish Lake Festival and Hog Roast in Hamlet are excited for the 2024 festivities that will begin at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 3 at the Fish Lake Conservation Club.

Members of the public are welcome to the family-friendly event that will benefit the Fish Lake Fire Department.

The free event will feature a cruise-in car show, many children's activities, duck races, and more.

"There will be all kinds of fun activities for the kids including duck races and more all day, but the Car Show will be held at the same time as the Hog Roast, so come hungry," organizers said. 

While the events are free, the funds raised by the hog roast will go directly to the Fish Lake Fire Department.

The event is being put on by the Rusted Knuckles Car/Truck Club.
