‘Fall Family Fun Fair’ happening at Rum Village Park on October 5
Rum Village Park SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Rum Village Park is hosting its ‘Fall Family Fun Fair’ event on Saturday, October 5 with the South Bend Venues Parks & Arts.
The event begins at 10 a.m. and runs until 2 p.m.
"The Fall Family Fun Fair is such a great event for families and friends alike," says Garry Harrington, Rum Village Manager.
It is the first time that the event is being held in six years and they are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Rum Village Nature Center.
"There are a host of fall-themed activities and items being offered in the park, and during the Fun Fair, the nature center will be open, and we’ll be hosting nature hikes starting at the building," Harrington added.
There will be community booths featuring local organizations vendors, pumpkin painting, a special tree planting ceremony, and more.
