ABC57 sits down with Vivica A. Fox
ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Elkhart Parks and Recreation is inviting the community to come out, think, and share their thoughts about the parks new upcoming master plan.
All 35 parks in the park system will be addressed in this master plan which includes five main tenets: connect, bloom, expand, play and amplify all highlighted throughout the plan.
