Elkhart County man arrested for allegedly pushing a woman out of a moving truck

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – An Elkhart County man was arrested Thursday for allegedly pushing a woman out of a moving truck on Monday, according to our reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth.
According to The Elkhart Truth, Jonathan Odell, 39, was arrested after an argument escalated between him and the woman.
Odell allegedly told the woman to get out of the car and pushed her out himself.
The victim is being treated for injuries at Elkhart General Hospital.
Odell was charged with criminal recklessness with a vehicle and misdemeanor domestic battery.
