Police arrived at the scene following a 911 hang-up call.
The report states officers were met by a group of people outside the residence. Police say the individuals directed officers to a vehicle parked on the side of the building.

Medics then arrived and an EPD officer assisted by continuing CPR on the boy while he was being taken to the hospital.
Despite life-saving efforts, the 6-year-old boy was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Officers also found an unconscious 26-year-old woman lying in a doorway of the residence.
Medics rendered first aid and took her to the hospital for evaluation and further treatment.
A 55-year-old man was found by officers in the upstairs of the residence.
The man was conscious and awake. He was then taken to the hospital for evaluation and treatment.
Authorities say their initial investigation indicated there was an elevated level of carbon monoxide inside the residence.
