East Third Street reopens in Mishawaka

City of Mishawaka MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- The City of Mishawaka announced that East Third Street between Race and Main Streets has reopened as of Friday morning.
City officials say construction crews will return in the spring to finish the remaining work for the project.
