The majority of today stays dry but with temperatures still hovering around the freezing mark. Starting tonight around 7-8 PM freezing rain moves into Michiana from the southwest, arriving at South Bend closer towards 9-10 PM. The mixed precipitation stays with our area until 5-6 AM tomorrow morning, bringing ice accumulations around 0.1" to 0.2" by tomorrow morning. Expect slick roads and walkways as well as a thin coating of ice on your car. The back half of Thursday is dry with more mild high temperatures in the low 40s. Friday is quiet with more sunshine peaking out, but Saturday brings yet another round of mixed precipitation.
