DELPHI, Ind. -- The Judge overseeing the Richard Allen trial, which is scheduled through Nov. 15, is holding court on Saturdays.
Yesterday, the prosecution called up ISP Investigator Jerry Holeman to discuss his police interview with Allen that happened Oct. 26, 2022, where he asked about the unspent cartridge found at the scene that matched his gun.
Allen had no explanation for it, Holeman testified, and was said to grow more agitated as he was asked, but he maintained his innocence in that interview.
Holeman believes Allen is the killer and Holeman was the only witness of the day.
Trial picks back up Oct. 28 and ABC57's Annie Kate will be in Delphi bringing us the latest testimony.
