Danny Clark sentenced to 76 years for murder of Neil Toosley, other charges

PULASKI COUNTY, Ind. – Danny Clark was sentenced to 76 years behind bars for multiple charges, including the murder of Neil Toosley.

The sentencing for his murder charge is 60 years.

Fifteen of the 76 years are for the charges of arson, abuse of a corpse, resisting law enforcement, and auto theft.

Clark was also sentenced to a year in prison for the charge of invasion of privacy.

He will serve the charges consecutively.
