NOW: Community unites for fun and fundraising at Children’s Museum mini golf event

SOUTH BEND, Ind.  -- The Children's Museum of South Bend hosted a successful mini golf fundraiser on Saturday at Ninja Golf in Granger, with proceeds aimed at supporting the museum’s initiatives.

The event featured three creatively designed golf courses and a pancake bar provided by local favorite Sugar Rush, owned by Jessica. Families from the community came out in large numbers to enjoy a day of fun while supporting a good cause.

“This fundraiser is crucial for us to keep admission prices low and ensure the museum is accessible to everyone,” said Emily Utigard,  Executive Director of the Children's Museum.

In addition to the mini golf courses, attendees were treated to a variety of family activities, including face painting and the chance to win prizes through raffle tickets.

The day not only highlighted the joy of putt-putt golf but also served as a testament to the strong community support and engagement that the Children's Museum has fostered.
