Bishop Rhoades will take part in World Meeting of the Families

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -

Bishop Kevin C. Rhoades of the Diocese of Ft. Wayne and South Bend is just one of many locals making the journey to see Pope Francis. Bishop Rhoades will be taking part in the World Meeting of the Families.

It will be the first time the meeting is held in the U.S.

Bishop Rhoades will not only lead a mass for those locals who make the journey to Philadelphia, but he will also be leading a mass at the World Meeting of the Families for the deaf and disabled.

ABC57's Drew Gardner sat down with Bishop Rhoades to talk about the World Meeting of the Families, the importance of having it in the U.S., and how he will carry the experience back to Indiana.
