Archaeology Bone Lab at Niles District Library Wednesday

NILES, Mich. --The Niles History Center, in collaboration with the Niles District Library, and the Fort St. Joseph Archaeological Project, will be holding an Archaeology Bone lab on Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Niles District Library.

Organizers say you must be 16 or older to participate.

Zooarchaeologist Dr. Terry Martin will lead event where you'll get hands-on lab experience identifying animal bones recovered at Fort St. Joseph.

Space is limited, so if you're interested, call the Niles District Library at 269-683-8545 to register.

The Niles district Library is located at 620 E Main St. in Niles.
