MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- A 64-year-old South Bend man is behind bars after he allegedly molested a young child and child pornography was found on his electronic devices last weekend.

Authorities say Timothy Aaron Leslie was arrested after a victim came forward and police executed a search warrant on his residence in South Bend.

"While searching Leslie's cell phone I found Leslie to be in possession of 221 images in a password protected hidden folder," the probable cause affidavit reads.

In the affidavit, it mentions that some of the images, may have been publicly available online.

"Most of the images of pre-pubescent girls depicted young girls in various states of undress and posing in a provocative manner. I observed numerous pictures of very young girls in leotards. These pictures were focused in on the genital/pubic region of the girls. I also observed numerous images that appear to be screenshots from websites of dance groups for young girls and from random social media accounts."

Leslie is charged with three counts of Child Molesting, one count of Incest, and four counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

"The Defendant is a sexually violent predator based on previous convictions for two counts of Child Molesting in St. Joseph County," the PCA states.

It goes on to say Leslie has a history of crimes against children under the age of 12.
