ELKAHRT COUNTY, Ind. -- Michiana has also seen several deadly horse and buggy crashes this year, just this week in Marshall County three young amish children died on the way to school, when a 17-year-old driver hit the back of their horse drawn cart.
Police are reminding drivers to take precautions, especially at night.
