ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - ABC57 anchor Jennifer Copeland moderated a panel discussion at Thursday’s Firefly Summit, an event focused on empowering professional women.
The event, hosted by Women in Business – After Hours, was held at the Inn at Saint Mary’s. Copeland’s panel, called “Shattering Ceilings: Women Redefining Success in Leadership,” included former Notre Dame Women’s Basketball Coach Muffet McGraw.
“It's all about empowering women,” McGraw said. “It's about women making connections, learning how to network. We can do so much more than we are doing right now."
Copeland and the panelists shared their thoughts on balancing successful careers with family life, finding mentors and trailblazing success.
