27-year-old man arrested, charged with felony charge of domestic battery, resisting law enforcement

Marshall County Police Department: Kody Whiteman MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. - The Marshall County Police Department served an arrest warrant on 27-year-old Kody Whiteman, of Plymouth, with a felony charge of domestic battery.
Authorities say Tuesday at 11 p.m., the Marshall County Police Department night shift units served the arrest warrant on Whiteman at a residence on Thorn Road in Walkerton.
The warrant for a felony charge of domestic battery was from a previous investigation.
Police say during the arrest, Whiteman was additionally charged with resisting law enforcement, a class A misdemeanor.
