$134 Million settlement for Hoosiers

Thousands of Hoosiers will receive a piece of the multi-million dollar mortgage settlement. The state attorney general said $31 million will be distributed to more than 3,200 homeowners.

Those affected had errors in their foreclosures, all between the years 2008 and 2011. The remainder of the $134 million settlement will go to Indiana Home Assistance programs and the state attorney general's office.
