South Bend Community Police Review Board met Thursday night
With most of Michiana seeing some rain yesterday a big question is if we are going to get out of drought conditions. We are still in a deficit for the month of September, but for the entire year we are just above average. This summer the only time we dipped below that average was these past two weeks, which contributes to that bump into moderate drought. With more rain expected Tuesday, I could see the drought monitor reverting back to abnormal dry for Michiana, where it had been for the past month. We will keep you updated on Thursday when the new monitor comes out.
