Man faces felony Child Seduction, Molesting charges

Marshall County Jail: Johnny Clark

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- A probable cause affidavit from Marshall County reveals a 34-year-old man is facing multiple felony charges of Child Molesting and Seduction following an investigation from March 10.

The suspect, identified as Johnny Clark, is charged with two counts of Child Molesting, as Level 1 Felonies, and two counts of Child Seduction, as Level 2 Felonies.

Clark's initial hearing was Monday, and his pre-trial conference scheduled for April 8.

Clark was given a $250,000 cash only bond.

Court documents state a detective with the Plymouth Police Department was contacted by a Plymouth School Resource Officer on March 10 regarding Snapchat messages.

Upon arrival, the detective was shown several pictures of a phone with Snapchat messages between a juvenile and a user labeled as "Lee B," later determined to be Clark.

The detective reviewed the messages and found them to be sexual in nature.

The detective then spoke with the juvenile victim who said sexual contact between them and Clark had been ongoing for about two years.

Police then spoke with Clark in Bremen where he was read his Miranda Rights and agreed to speak with investigators.

When asked about the inappropriate relationship, Clark said he would need an attorney. He was then taken into custody.

Once taken to the Marshall County Jail, police say Clark was found to be in possession of a pink sex toy and a Plan B pill.

The victim was interviewed again on March 11 and informed police that Clark had images and videos of them in a secure folder on his cell phone.
