Veggie Van comes to Bridgman October 19

BRIDGMAN, Mich. – The Veggie Van is returning to southwest Michigan with a stop in Bridgman on Tuesday, October 19.

The Veggie Van will be at the Southwestern Medical Clinic, located at 9625 Red Arrow Highway, from 2 to 3:30 p.m.

The van is a mobile farmer’s market that provides free healthy foods and nutrition information to communities.

This event will be held drive-thru style and participants should remain in their cars.

A total of 100 bags will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

The goal of the Veggie Van program is to ensure fresh fruits and vegetables are available to people who otherwise have limited access to them.
