Vandals tagged popular mural

MIDDLEBURY, Ind. -- Graffiti vandals tagged a popular mural in Middlebury.
The community spent about eight months working on the Middlebury Street Mural.
The blue section represents water. The middle is for families and home. And the Green represents agrictulture.
Clean-up plans are underway.
