SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- While officials have yet to release the names of the victims, heartbroken family and friends have begun identifying the 15 people who lost their life in the attack early Wednesday morning on Bourbon Street in New Orleans.
As of Wednesday evening, the family members of four victims have come forward including an 18-year-old aspiring nurse, a 27-year-old former football player, a 37-year-old father of two, and a 27-year-old mother according to ABC News.
