USPS to increase mail prices in 2019

According to the Postal Regulatory Commission, or PRC, there will be an increase of 3.9 percent for priority express mail and 5.9 percent for raise for priority mail.
The Forever Stamp will also be seeing an increase of five cents.
These price changes will go into effect starting Jan. 27, 2019.
