UPDATE: Construction delayed until June 18

ST. JOSEPH, Ind. -- Construction on a St. Joseph bridge has been delayed once again.
Work on the Niles Ave. bridge over I-94 was supposed to start on Monday, but because the contractor is working on another project, construction has been pushed back for a second time.
Work is now set to begin next Monday.
Despite the delays, the bridge should still be done by July 20.
