Trial date set for man accused of killing his wife

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The man accused of killing his wife in Mishawaka appeared in court on Tuesday.

Tarrance Lee requested a speedy trial in the death of Trina Winston during the status hearing.

This was his first appearance in court since a body believed to be Winston's was found under some tires near an abandoned home in Chicago last week.

There has been no public comment on the identity of the body. But Winston's family believes it is Trina's.

Lee's trial is currently scheduled for Nov. 13.
