SOUTH BEND, Ind. --In the secondary day in a row, Notre Dame lands a graduate transfer with Thomas Harper.
The former Oklahoma State Safety/Nickel Corner Back announced his commitment to Notre Dame.
Thomas will play his fifth and final year with the Irish.
