SAINT JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The 9th annual Graff Bash took over Mishawaka Avenue, as 11 artists from all around the country came to paint the walls of a few businesses along the street.
The businesses that saw some fresh paint were 'For Pet's Sake Grooming', 'Rio Park Event Center', and 'Lil Lou's Beauty and Barber College' in South Bend.
Some of the artists painted logos, others painted words or skylines, but all of them came together to liven up the walls on the Michiana streets.
"What Graff Bash does is it provides a platform for artists to be able to share their work, as well as be able to work with other businesses on a on a professional level, and it gives people opportunity to interact with the public as well as give their information out, put their company name or logos on their artwork," stated President of Graff Bash Alex Van Galder.
Next year, Graff Bash plans to add more artists and give them more space to paint, with plans to even considering adding live music for the artists to listen to as they paint.
