Fulton County Jail ROCHESTER, Ind. -- On Tuesday, the Fulton County Sheriff's Office announced four arrests following a narcotics investigation, including one 18-year-old who allegedly purchased narcotics through the dark web.
The 18-year-old, Tristin Shell of Rochester, allegedly bought illegal narcotics through the dark web and distributed them across Fulton County.
Shell is charged with Dealing Methamphetamine as a Level 2 Felony, Possession of Methamphetamine as a Level 3 Felony, Dealing a Controlled Substance as a Level 4 Felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance as a Level 6 Felony, Possession of a Controlled Substance as a Class A Misdemeanor, Possession of Marijuana as a Class B Misdemeanor, and Possession of Paraphernalia as a Class C Misdemeanor.
The narcotics investigation led to the execution of a search warrant at a Rochester residence where investigators then allegedly found roughly 28 grams of suspected methamphetamine, prescription pills, suspected psilocybin mushrooms, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
The three others arrested were April Lockridge, Lyndon Swanson, and Heather Shell. All three have been charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance. Lockridge was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
