Stormy Sunday

NOW: Stormy Sunday

ABC57 First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast
Saturday, March 29, 2025

After a wet Saturday, scattered light rain showers will continue intermittently through the overnight hours, tapering off by Sunday morning. Tonight, temperatures will drop into the 50s, accompanied by breezy southerly winds. The first half of Sunday will remain relatively calm, with highs reaching the 70s. However, the afternoon and evening will see a shift, as widespread thunderstorms—some potentially severe—develop. The main threats are strong winds and hail; the chance for tornadoes is low, but not zero.  The storms are expected to peak around 6 or 7 p.m. and continue into the overnight hours, becoming less severe. A strong cold front will push through early Monday morning, bringing a sharp temperature drop. This drop could allow for mixed precipitation. The start of next week will be much quieter as temperatures recover, but another round of storms is expected by midweek, with the potential for severe weather.

Tonight: Scattered showers, mild. Low 58.

Sunday: AM showers, PM T-Storms. High 70.

Monday: Significantly cooler. AM rain/snow mix. Cloudy PM. High 42.

Tuesday:  Cool. Mostly sunny. High 48.
