St. Joseph County Police Department one of many participating in DEA National Prescription Drug Take Back Day

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The St. Joseph County Police Department announced it's participating in DEA National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, April 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Police say if you're cleaning out your medicine cabinet, you can safely get rid of your unused or expired medications to help prevent medication misuse and opioid addiction from ever starting.
Police say this program is for pill and liquid medications. Needles or sharps of any kind won't be accepted for disposal. This service is free and anonymous with no questions asked.

- Clay Fire Station #25 (12481 Anderson Road, Granger)
