Mishawaka police investigating vehicle crash with pedestrian on Jackson Street

ABC57 MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- St. Joseph County Dispatch confirmed to ABC57 that officers with the Mishawka Police Department are investigating a vehicle crash with a pedestrian in the 1000 block of Jackson Street.
Authorities say the call came in around 4:32 p.m., Tuesday, and the area was blocked off for the investigation.
At least one person was taken to the hospital.
