The department confirmed a man matching the description of the suspect shooting at passing cars was arrested and transported to the St. Joseph County Jail.
The department also confirmed this shots fired call came roughly half an hour before a shooting was reported around N. Johnson Street, and 50 minutes before another shooting around Colfax Bridge, stating that there is no evidence the three shootings are connected.

St. Joseph County Dispatch confirms the call came in at 8:57 p.m. Tuesday evening and confirmed there are no reported victims.
Police on scene confirms the suspect fired multiple shots at vehicles traveling along the roadway.
